For us, the guest is always the focus, and feeling extra secure in uncertain times is a prerequisite for a relaxing holiday.
Information regarding booking conditions
If you book a ”Web price – Flex” reservation, you can rebook/cancel your reservation until the day before arrival and receive a refund.
If you book a “Web price” reservation, it is our best price, but it is non-refundable/non-cancellable. A 24-hour right of withdrawal applies.
Our accommodation packages can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 or 14 days before arrival, which is stated on each accommodation package.
Entertainment packages can be cancelled freely up to 14 days before arrival.
The minimum age to make a room reservation is 18 years, and all must be 18 years of age. For minor travelers, at least one parent or another adult per booked object must accompany and be responsible.
Check-in from 3:00 PM and check-out no later than 11:00 AM
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor including VAT unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change prices due to circumstances beyond our control, such as changed VAT, significant changes in exchange rates, or low room availability as a result of high demand.
Payment in the web booking is made via Klarna
If the payment is not completed, the booking will be automatically canceled.
The hotel is obliged to offer a room to the guest until 6:00 PM on the day of arrival. If the guest has not canceled or arrived before this time, the hotel may cancel the room without contacting the guest.
In your booking confirmation, you will find your chosen booking terms and the latest time you can cancel without extra cost.
”The reservation is guaranteed via corporate agreement, travel agency, or with a credit card. Cancellation of a guaranteed reservation must be made no later than the day before arrival. If the guest does not arrive, or if the guest cancels on the day of arrival, the stay must be paid for.
For orders made by customers with an agreement, the order/cancellation rules stated in the contract apply.
For guests not traveling with parents, we have an age limit of 18 years.
