Fjälls Pub & Bistro
Fjälls Pub & Bistro is a Northern Swedish Bistro in both environment and taste. There is always something Northern Swedish on the menu, and you will be seated surrounded by dry pine and Northern Swedish delicacies.
The name comes from the previous owner of the land; Pastor Carl Natanael Fjällström, you can find him on one of our walls.
Laponiakåtan
Laponiakåtan is beautifully situated by Nyborgstjärnen below the hotel. Here, dinners are served during the summer with a barbecue theme.
The large outdoor seating area provides a chance for those who want to see the midnight sun or simply enjoy a bright summer evening.
Throughout the rest of the year, Laponiakåtan is available for events and booked groups.
Lunch
We serve lunch buffet every weekday at the hotel.
On the buffet, you’ll find our own salads with variations, homemade bread as well as soup and main courses. Ice cream and coffee are included with the purchase of a main course.
